WHY DOES IT CONSUME SO LITTLE?

MUST THE PASTRY BE CHANGED ?

Absolutely NOT! Apart from regulating the length of the flame, one can also regulate the force and the intensity of the air inhaled from the fan motor and therefore is gone to personalize to the maximum the baking of the own peak, which is different from any other

DOES THE TYPE OF BAKING CHANGE?

Our baking system recreates the same conditions of the firewood, that is a flame that illuminates the furnace, leaves the edge of the peaks without gilding it like the furnaces electrical workers or others gas burner that they make celestial flames like a furnace from normal kitchen. The flame can cook also in 1 minute because it depends on the force of the flame that is wanted to be decided.

HOW CAN THE FLAT BAKING SURFACE’S TEMPERATURE BE RECUPERATED ONCE THE OVEN’S TEMPERAUTRE HAS STARTED TO COOL OFF ?

The flame has the maximum length of up to 1,5 metres, and hence, goes far beyond half of the oven’s surface. The pizzaman chooses the length of flame as he wants from 50 to 80 cm according to ones pleasure. When one notice the oven’s plate is starting to cool down, one has only to push the button to raise the flame until 1 metre and a half, wait a few seconds and allow the oven to establish the previous temperature. Thus one has to only push the other button to lower the flame and continue to cook the pizza with the same temperature.

CAN THE GAS BE SMELT?

No gas can be left inside the oven as the air in the mixed system serves to expel it. If there was not the air, the residual gas can form a type of soot which remains on the surface the effecting your pizza with an unpleasant taste
